An antique water pump looks to the nearby garden urn of flowers to see if they need more water, as if taking responsibility for their wellbeing despite have long ago been retired to a life of leisure - still yearning for a return to more useful purposes.
In the spring of 1987, Bruch had completed the restoration work on the village center, creating an Old World cobblestone plaza that was celebrated by everyone with a village fest.
