Our son David was born in February of 1987, and that spring our new "family of three" was getting ready to leave Germany and return to Mather AFB, in Sacramento, CA - where I was to be an Instructor Navigator in the 450th FTS; and I took these pictures of Bruch during our last few visits to my wife's parent's house.
The arrival of spring in the Eifel is a beautiful sight as winter slowly fades away, giving way to the unfolding promise of spring and new life - as the forests wake up and flower bulbs spring from the earth.
