I've Googled the storefront in this picture of the Hamburger Hof and found a link to the 'Hamburger Hof perfumery': http://h-hof-parf.de/shop/content?seite=hh_unternehmen&m=1
This looks to be a floating restaurant or bar along the promenade, which provides a wonderful view and atmosphere of the lake for patrons to enjoy.
